‘Trump is suing the super posh Palm Beach County for what court records call a “malicious” attempt to disturb the peace at his Palm Beach oceanside mansion with “excessive, unreasonable, unwarranted and uninvited noise.”

‘Trump singles out Bruce Pelly, director of the county-run Palm Beach International Airport, on accusations of pressuring Federal Aviation Administration controllers to fly eastbound flights right over the Trump estate’.

“The county’s and Bruce Pelly’s efforts in this regard are both deliberate and malicious, and motivated by personal animosity towards Donald Trump,” the court record says’.

‘The lawsuit, filed Jan. 6, claims Pelly is seeking revenge because the Donald sued him in 1995 and also tried blocking plans to expand the county airport’.

‘It calls the flights a “horrible injustice” and claims the historic Mar-a-Lago mansion could get damaged by the vibrations, pollution and “corrosive bombardment” of air traffic’.

‘The records call the home “by far and away the most important historical structure in Palm Beach.”

‘This is the third time Trump has filed a suit over airport noise. Pelly was involved in the first case, which ended with the county agreeing to lease land to Trump for the Trump International Golf Club’.
