Blog Running – “Manmentum!”

Great Great post over at Hullabaloo by digby.

‘Eric Trump sent a fundraising email out to supporters Wednesday morning titled “Momentum,” and included this map’.

“As one of the most dedicated grassroots leaders in the country you know, momentum matters,” the email reads. “And right now all the momentum is on our side.”

‘Trump called on supporters to donate money to help fund aggressive ad blitzes and “get-out-and-vote operations.”

“We’re making huge gains against Crooked Hillary that you can see for yourself,” Trump wrote before the image of the above map.

The problem is that map from Nate Silver is this’:1men

‘Yes, if just men voted, Trump would be winning in a landslide. There are a lot of white guys in this country who love him. But until they manage to repeal the 19th Amendment, that’s not going to be possible’.

‘As you might imagine, the map would look very different if only women were allowed to vote. Let’s just say they don’t love Trump as much as the men do. Even white women’.

The Dark Side and Donald Trump – ‘Trump Suggests Ryan Is Part of a ‘Sinister Deal’

October 12, 2016

‘Donald Trump floated the prospect of a “sinister deal” preventing Speaker Paul Ryan from coming to his defense, The Hill reports’.

‘Said Trump’:

“Wouldn’t you think Paul Ryan would call and say, ‘good going.’ You’d think they’d say, ‘Great going, Don. Let’s go, let’s beat this crook. Let’s beat her, we’ve got to stop her.’ No, he doesn’t do that. Theres a whole deal going on, we’re going to figure it out. I always figure things out. There’s a whole sinister deal.”

The Dark Side And Donald Trump – ‘Trump Says the Polls Are Fixed Too’

There is of course 1 problem.

There are a dozen plus polling companies.
So that would mean that a dozen plus different companies some Republican leaning, some Democratic leaning – ALL got together to ‘rig’ the polling results in 40 different states……..
‘October 12, 2016’

‘Donald Trump “is toying with what might be called ‘poll denialism,’ giving his supporters license to dismiss the discouraging data,” CNN reports’.

‘Said Trump: “Even the polls are crooked. Look, we’re in a rigged system.”

Debunking Republican Lies – ‘BUSTED: Rudy Giuliani says he never saw Hillary Clinton in NYC on 9/11 — but pictures prove he’s lying’

Pssst Rudy. That’s Hillary Clinton walking beside you on September 12, 2001.

‘The former New York City mayor delivered the whopper Wednesday afternoon while introducing Donald Trump at a rally in Ocala, Florida’.

“Don’t tell me if you said that you remember Sept. 11, 2001,” Giuliani said’.

“I remember Sept. 11, 2001. Yes, yes, you helped to get benefits for the people who were injured that day. But I heard her say that she was there that day. I was there that day, I don’t remember seeing Hillary Clinton there. That was like when she said she had to run through gunfire. That turned out to be, what do we call it? A lie.”

‘Giuliani is actually the one lying, because Clinton — the Democratic U.S. senator from New York at the time — was photographed walking next to him and then Gov. George Pataki about 24 hours after the attacks’.

‘According to Think Progress, there is also no record of Clinton claiming to be at Ground Zero on the day of the attack’.

Let Trump Be Trump – Donald Trump “I didn’t say that”. #1

Once you start looking at it, Donald Trump may well believe that he didn’t say what he actually said.

Over and over, he will say on thing and then within an hour, a day, a week or a month, will say the opposite.

So when confronted, his mind may automatically chose to believe that to him, he said the exact opposite.

Or he’s just a pathological liar……

“Politicians are all talk and no action.” (Twitter, May 27, 2015)

“I’m not a politician.” (CNN, August 11, 2015)

“I’m no different than a politician running for office.” (New York Times, July 28, 2015)
