Making America Great Again – “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you find the thirty thousand emails…..”

trump putin2

A Presidential candidate, a US Presidential, asking a another countries government to interfere in US politics……..

‘Not only is there a relationship between Trump and Putin, but the Republican nominee is asking for favors on live national television’.

‘Donald Trump is about to get national security briefings, and he just invited the Russian government to hack the US government in an attempt to find Hillary Clinton’s emails’.

‘Trump said’

“If it is Russia, which it’s probably not, nobody knows who it is, But if it is Russia, it’s really bad for a different reason, because it shows how little respect they have for our country. When they would hack into a major party and get everything, but it would be interesting. I will tell you this. Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you find the thirty thousand emails that are missing. I think you’ll probably be rewarded mightily by our press. Let’s see if that happens next.”

  1. This is just terrifying. What sort of person says things like that? Does he think he’s talking to the sycophants in his boardroom or the guys at the bar? Jesus Christ.

But I want you to know that for once I beat you to writing a post about this. That NEVER happens.

    • LOL. Kudos for beating me to this.
And yeah it is very, very terrifying.
Pence issued a statement saying the hacking is dangerious – so he gets it.
Newt said Trump was just kidding – no he wasn’t Newt.
The so very sad thing is that the Republican base just doesn’t care.
That clip of Trump saying he ‘could shoot someone in Times Square and his ratings wouldn’t go down’ is the sad truth and state of politics in America.
      Party over Country.

  2. The true motto? Make RUSSIA great again. Is this man secretly a foreign agent? Not just a wolf in Republican clothing? For that matter, where was he really born?

  3. Per what Newt and Pence said trying to cover up, how many more “he was just kiddings” would there be if he is elected. I would absolutely hate to be his ambassadors having to apologize for each routinely inane thing their boss’ boss says about a country or leader. Trump is our Boris Johnson.

    • Here’s a very, vdery short list of Trump’s ‘walk backs’.
Crap. Now I’ll have to write a post on them…..

      Abortion –
‘Chris Matthews, who pressured the Republican to give a yes or no answer to the question, “should abortion be punished?”

Donald Trump – “There has to be some form of punishment,” Trump said during a televised town hall event’.

“For the woman?” Matthews asked, to which Trump replied, “Yes.”

      Then –
“If Congress were to pass legislation making abortion illegal and the federal courts upheld this legislation, or any state were permitted to ban abortion under state and federal law, the doctor or any other person performing this illegal act upon a woman would be held legally responsible, not the woman”.

      Hacking –

Donald Trump – “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press,” Trump said, referring to emails that were deemed personal and deleted from the private email system Clinton used as secretary of state’.

      Then –
Donald Trump – “Of course I’m being sarcastic,” Trump said in a Fox News interview.’

      G. W. Bush –
‘During Saturday night’s debate, Trump told former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush: “The World Trade Center came down during your brother’s reign, remember that.”
“How did he keep us safe?” Trump said later. “I lost hundreds of friends. The World Trade Center came down during the reign of George Bush. He kept us safe? That is not safe.”

      Then –
Donald Trump – “I am not blaming him,” Trump said on CBS’ “Face the Nation” Sunday’.

      Refugees –
‘Donald Trump has said he would send home all Syrian refugees the US accepts, if he becomes president’.
‘The billionaire, who is the current frontrunner in the Republican race for the White House, told a New Hampshire rally: “If I win, they’re going back.”

      Then –
(CNN)’Republican front-runner Donald Trump said Friday that the Syrian refugee crisis is “so horrible” that he would consider allowing the U.S. to accept some of the displaced refugees’.

‘When asked whether the United States should assist European countries and accept some of the refugees on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Trump said, “We have so many problems, and the answer is, possibly, yes.”

      Immigration –
(New York, NY) December 7th, 2015, — “Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on”.

      Then –
‘On Saturday, Trump told reporters that he would not ban all Muslim immigrants, but only those from “terror countries.”

      Immigration –

‘Forcing the mass deportation of roughly 11 million who have immigrated to the U.S. illegally’.

      Then –
‘He now says he would pursue an immigration policy that would focus only on deporting “bad dudes”

      Military Torture –
‘The question of whether or how the military could follow a Trump’s orders came up at the Republican debate in Detroit on Thursday night. Trump said he was a great leader and “frankly, when I say they’ll do as I tell them, they’ll do as I tell them.”

‘He also said: “They won’t refuse. They’re not going to refuse me. Believe me,” and: “I’m a leader. If I say do it, they’re going to do it, that’s what leadership is about.”

      Then –
‘The statement continued: “I do, however, understand that the United States is bound by laws and treaties and I will not order our military or other officials to violate those laws and will seek their advice on such matters”.

“I will not order a military officer to disobey the law. It is clear that as president I will be bound by laws just like all Americans and I will meet those responsibilities.”

      John McCain –
“He was a war hero because he was captured,” Trump said during a Family Leadership Summit in Iowa on Saturday, according to Politico. “I like people who weren’t captured.”

      Then –
      Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump
Captured or not, all our soldiers are heroes!
