And if a candidate has to ‘walk back’ something they said? What news outlet do they use?
Fox.

‘This coincides perfectly with Fox News being the station that lies the most in cable news. Notice a pattern’?
‘Here’s how it’s broken down, by candidate, on the GOP side. The more visible candidates have made more public statements’:
‘Ted Cruz – Of the 48 statements that were checked by Politifact, 33 were either Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire. That totals to almost 70 percent being lies. Cruz is, according to Politifact, the biggest liar of the group’.
‘Marco Rubio – Of the 91 statements that were checked from Politifact (he had the most of any of the candidates), 36 were either Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire. That totals to almost 40 percent being lies’.
‘Mike Huckabee – Of the 33 statements that were checked, 17 were wither Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire. That means approximately 52 percent of his statements were lies’.
‘Rick Santorum – Of the 55 statements checked, 29 were either Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire. That’s about 53 percent lie rate. But wait, isn’t lying a sin’?
‘Lindsey Graham – Of the 11 statements from the newest GOP contender, only 3 were either Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire. That’s a slim rate of 27 percent. Graham has the lowest “lying rate” (that we know of) of the GOP contenders’.
‘Rand Paul – Out of his 39 statements made, 14 were either Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire, which means 36 percent of his statements are lies’.
‘Slightly more difficult to measure are the less visible of the lot. However, even what few statements they made proved to be lies’:
‘Ben Carson – Carson isn’t so lucky. Of the two major statements fact-checked, both fell into the Mostly False, False or Pants on Fire category. He is, as far as we know, a liar 100% of the time’.
‘George Pataki – Same with Carson. He had one statement checked, and it turn-out to be false. A liar 100% of the time as far as I’m concerned’.
‘Carly Fiornia – The only female in the group, Fiorina seems to have based her campaign on calling out Hillary’s lies and hypocrisy. Not so fast, Carly. Of the 6 statements checked, 4 fell into the category of falsehood’.
