Baby Got Class — A back to school parody
Poor Republicans keep voting for Republicans who want to cut Food Stamps and refuse to raise the minimum wage.
Every once in a while one of my posts gets a lot of traffic. Yesterday it was this on.
2 different independent studies find FOX and Republicans (who get their ‘news’ from FOX) – lie.
‘Surprise! 72 Percent of Fox News Climate Reports are LIES’!
‘The above is a pie chart created by the UCS over the course of
a one year study (conducted in 2013) of various networks’
climate change coverage on the three major cable news networks:
CNN, MSNBC and Fox’.
‘The USC found that Fox covered climate change 50 times over
2013 and that 72 percent of the statements made were either
misleading or outright false’.
‘CNN — 70 Percent Accuracy’
‘MSNBC — 92 Percent Accuracy'(1)
Ummm….If a Republican’s lips are moving…..are they lying?
Actually as it turns out, there is a very good chance they are.
‘A study by the nonpartisan Center for Media and Public Affairs at George Mason University have found that Republicans are significantly more likely to lie than Democrats’.
‘And here is the kicker that the liberals have been saying all along: the lying gap between Republicans and Democrats is widening as President Barack Obama spends more time in office’.
‘In their study, 100 statements involving factual claims by Democrats (46 claims) and Republicans (54 claims) were examined, which were fact-checked by PolitiFact.com during the four month period from the start of President Obama’s second term on January 20 through May 22, 2013′.
‘In just four months worth of fact checking the GOP was found to be lying the most. Here is what they found’:
‘PolitiFact rated 32% of Republican claims as “false” or “pants on fire,” compared to 11% of Democratic claims – a 3 to 1 margin’.
Conversely, Politifact rated 22% of Democratic claims as “entirely true” compared to 11% of Republican claims – a 2 to 1 margin.
A majority of Democratic statements (54%) were rated as mostly or entirely true’,
‘Compared to only 18% of Republican statements were rated true’.
‘Conversely, a majority of Republican statements (52%) were rated as mostly or entirely false’,
‘Compared to only 24% of Democratic statements were rated false.
‘Regarding Benghazi, the IRS and the Associated Press, Republicans have continued to fare worse than Democrats, with 60% of their claims rated as false so far this month (May 1 – May 22)’.
‘Compared to 29% of Democratic statements rated as false – a 2 to 1 margin’.
However, it should be known that Politifact has won the Pulitzer Prize for its non-partisan journalism. And they gave President Obama the lie of the year with his “You can keep your health insurance” claim’.
‘If you look back on the 271 ‘Pants on Fire’ claims that Politifact has measured since 2007 – 217 of them have been perpetrated by conservatives’.
‘They range from chain emails claiming the ACA will question your sex life, to President Obama being a Marxist Muslim’.
‘Now well all know every politician lies. But why do Republicans do it more often? And do they really still think they can get away with it’?(2)

Laughing My Ass Off………
I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Want This To Happen.
‘The day after Mitt Romney opened the door to another possible presidential run, a new poll shows he has a huge lead among likely 2016 Iowa Republican caucus voters’.
‘According to a USA Today/Suffolk University poll released Wednesday, 35 percent of likely GOP caucus voters would vote for the 2012 GOP nominee in 2016′.
‘When Romney’s name was added to the pool, no other candidate received double-digit votes’.
‘For every one U.S. soldier killed in Afghanistan during 11 years of war, at least 13 children were shot and killed in America’.
‘More than 450 kids didn’t make it to kindergarten’.
‘Another 2,700 or more were killed by a firearm before they could sit behind the wheel of a car’.
‘Every day, on average, seven children were shot dead’.
‘A News21 investigation of child and youth deaths in America between 2002 and 2012 found that at least 28,000 children and teens 19-years-old and younger were killed with guns’.
‘Teenagers between the ages of 15 and 19 made up over two-thirds of all youth gun deaths in America’.
‘Most of those killed by firearms, 62 percent, were murdered and the majority of victims were black children and teens’.
‘Suicides resulted in 25 percent of the firearm deaths of young people, : The majority of them were white’.
‘More than 1,100 children and teens were killed by a gun that accidentally discharged’.
