The Last Of The Millenniums

Just because it always has been, doesn't mean it always will be

‘Ryan And The Constitution’

So as long as we’re ‘better’ then other Countries, it’s OK?

I cried because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet’.

Money has so corrupted our political process that it IS about money not people.

And the poor have little voice and figure not at all into the ‘bottom line’ in any corporations profits.

Dusting off my very, VERY best Captain Jack Sparrow – ‘WHAT”?!!??

  1. Wow, I can’t even believe Ryan said that…well, yes I can believe it.

    • I take it you do not know much about economics or how this Republic was founded. The rich to provide businesses and jobs. Please read this blog, with an open mind. For I do not want a Socialist or worst yet a Communist government. Who is John Galt? Read..please..

      • I was going to just ‘spam’ your message. Anyone who enters into the conversation ‘commie’ or ‘socialism’, usually has the blinders on a little too tight.
In your blog, in which you can not say a single negative word re: Ayn Rand, you also write ‘Our Happiness is a God given right’.

Ayn Rand’s take on that – “The good, say the mystics of spirit, is God, a being whose only definition is that he is beyond man’s power to conceive- a definition that invalidates man’s consciousness and nullifies his concepts of existence…Man’s mind, say the mystics of spirit, must be subordinated to the will of God… Man’s standard of value, say the mystics of spirit, is the pleasure of God, whose standards are beyond man’s power of comprehension and must be accepted on faith….The purpose of man’s life…is to become an abject zombie who serves a purpose he does not know, for reasons he is not to question. [Ayn Rand, For the New Intellectual]

Socialist Government? Umm…………..Do you or are you going to accept Social Security? Medicare? Did you go to public schools? Drive on public roads? Take public transportation? Use a library? Our justice system? Ever call the police department? Fire department? Obtain your water and remove your sewage via public utilities? Well I could go on. The Constitution blocks any attempt to overthrow our form of Government. So we are and shall remain a Republic.
But as our population increases, socialist programs need to be legislated.
When our Nations population was just a few million, a man or woman, a family COULD be an island. Not now. Almost all aspects of our daily living are dependent on others. The social contract IS what made America exceptional.

And as to my knowledge of economics? This Republic was founded on removing the burden of ‘extraction’ economics by England. And no our republic was NOT founded on the rich providing business and jobs. 90% of Americans were farmers. The boom in business did not occur until AFTER the industrial revolution and was thankfully regulated in the mid 1930 after businesses almost bankrupt and destroyed our economy via massive corruption.

Enjoy your small little World. Ayn Rand? interesting fiction. The current ‘no compromise’ Republicans? The death of America as an actual ‘Republic’ of the people, for the people and by the people.

You see – Corporations are people now.

      • “My blog “on Ayn Rand was transcribed from a documentary, mostly in her own words. However, EVERYTHING she predicted on our economy and such, has come true. …50 years ago. And those who criticized her book, “Atlas Shrugged”
all 1,000 pages , have now been proven wrong. As for me? I’m only a messenger for what I believe in. A free society, under God…a Republic as our Founding Fathers designed.

      • Do you really stand by ‘EVERYTHING she predicted on our economy and such, has come true’?
While she did guess right on many points would you like me to go point by point how wrong she was on so much?
It is wonderful to be a ‘messenger’ but imagine how fulfilling it would be to think for your self. Just a thought.
And I was very disappointed that you didn’t respond to a single comment I made to your original message.
Ayn Rand’s take on religion, legislated ‘socialist’ Government programs that we ALL use everyday, ‘extraction’ economics that spurred the Declaration of Independence, the founding of our Nation NOT on business providing jobs but on farming.
        Oh one more thought.
You wrote ‘ A free society, under God…a Republic as our Founding Fathers designed’.
Actually our Founding Fathers ‘designed’ two very important and complete restrictions on Religion.
Article 6, section 3 – ‘but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States’ and of course the First Amendment.
The Founding Fathers did not create a ‘free’ society. They created a Government is which slaves where only counted as 3/5 of a person, only white males over the age of 21 who owned property could vote.
Don’t make a romantic novel of the real Founding of the United States.
        Think for yourself.

      • I’ll leave you with another site, which also includes information from “original” documents from history, which has been extremely distorted through the years.
Your certainly entitled to your own opinion, but, I assure you I do think for myself.

      • Wallbuilders???!!!

If you read ANYTHING from Wallbuilders – you do NOT think for yourself.

David Barton has been debunked SO many times by actual historians that most simply don’t bother anymore except to have a good laugh at his expense.

Oh thanks. I’m going to be laughing ALL day now.
